Your talent is needed in the impactful, exciting field of health research at the Population Health Research Institute (PHRI); join a dynamic team working in interventional cardiology research. Based in Hamilton, Ontario, this regular, full-time role is eligible for hybrid work.

As Research Coordinator II, you will…

  • Coordinate and support the angiographic and OCT imaging core labs for a global study
  • Ensure relevant clinical and research methodology is applied throughout study conduct
  • Develop and monitor study timelines and key deliverables in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, and project team members
  • Coordinate and direct the development of key data management methodologies
  • Develop investigator training procedures and provide investigator site training to participating centres and external stakeholders such as CROs, research and core laboratories)
  • Work on grant and financial planning (research budgets); regulatory, documentation practices, and more

Qualifications include: Undergraduate degree in sciences or health science; CCRP, ACRP or post-graduate certification in clinical research preferred; 3+ years’ experience in multi-centre research studies and management of large clinical research datasets.

This is a Hamilton Health Sciences regular full-time posting: 37.5 hours/week Monday through Friday, based in Hamilton, Ontario. (Eligible for hybrid remote work).
