Your administrative experience and skills are needed to support the Accelerating Clinical Trials (ACT) Consortium!

Join a dynamic team with this temporary (18 month), full time position based in Hamilton, Ontario and eligible for hybrid work. The role is within the world-leading research institute, PHRI.

As our Admin Assistant, you will:

  • Act as a point person for all staff who support the consortium’s Program Director
  • Provide analytical and administrative support to the Director on a variety of issues, projects, and programs
  • Prepared detailed briefing materials to the Director prior to meetings: pertinent facts, data, background information also for reports, inquiries, agendas and presentations
  • Oversee and direct workflow, and independently respond to inquiries and concerns on behalf of the Director
  • Other responsibilities (as outlined in the McMaster posting)

Requirements include: 2-year community college diploma in office administration or related field of study; and 4 years of relevant experience.

This is a McMaster University full-time, temporary (18 month) posting: 37.5 hours/week Monday through Friday, based in Hamilton, Ontario. (Eligible for hybrid remote work).
