Bio

Dr. Morrison is the leading Principal Investigator for the Childhood Risk Factors Research program at the Population Health Research Institute. She is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Pediatrics at McMaster University. She has received various awards including the Excellence in Pediatric Research Award as well as a Heart and Stroke Foundation Fellowship in Preventive Cardiology. Dr. Morrison is supported in her research by the Canadian Institutes of Health Research, the Heart and Stroke Foundation, HAHSO and the McMaster Children’s Hospital Foundation.
