Ms. Neutel is the Coordinator of the Diagnostic Specimen Unit, she and her team source, procure, and distribute supplies for PHRI studies around the world; with an emphasis on creating, packaging, labelling, and shipping biological specimen collection kits, and ensuring the biological specimens from these kits arrive back to Canada for testing and storage.
Denise is a Medical Laboratory Technologist whose career has spanned both Canada and overseas. She was Chief of Laboratory and Dean of the Laboratory School at Kiwoko Hospital, Uganda; additionally, she worked with WorldWide Lab Improvements delivering laboratory supplies and training laboratory personal in such places as Romania, Cameroon and Haiti. In Canada, Denise has worked with the Canadian Blood Services, Insception Lifebank (a cord blood bank), and the Platelet Immunology Diagnostic Laboratory at McMaster University. She has her Bachelor of Technology from Memorial University.
