The main objectives of the SHARE-AP ACTION trial were to determine if a household-based lifestyle intervention is effective at reducing energy intake and increasing physical activity among Aboriginal families.

Study Design: Randomized, open trial.

Intervention: Household-Based Lifestyle Intervention.

Length of Study: 1.5 years

# of Patients: 174

Patient Populations: Individuals from Aboriginal households living on the Six Nations Reserve in Ohsweken, Canada.
